ILDANSA (International Legal Disputes Arbitration, Negotiation and Settlement Association) America LLC. is a Delaware Corporation formed in 2018 based on the business for supporting legal study materials including international legal disputes cases among members who are lawyers, judges, law professor, compliance officers, and other legal experts in the field of law.

Based on its expertise in the field of law, ILDANSA’s business area includes legal education programs, legal consulting for international business entities, compliance and external audit for corporations; non-profit organizations, educational entities; and even law firms.

ILDANSA America also engages in recruiting international students from Asian markets, including China; Japan; and Korea as an authorized agent and partner company for the UDSL’s programs.
ILDANSA America networks cover not the only U.S., but also Asia, Europe, and even Africa.

MARKETING & OPERATING NON-DEGREE PROGRAM

Non-Degree program in U.S. laws is designed for students who seek to be eligible to sit for the D.C. Bar exam.

Students can take ABA-approved law school courses and obtain credits without leaving their jobs since all classes are held during the evening on weekdays and daytime on weekends.

Our team is operating the NDP in China and Japan as well as marketing the program to students who wish to become U.S. licensed attorneys.

In Korea, ILDANSA is focusing on marketing the program and helping Korean students to complete the program successfully and to sit for the D.C. Bar exam.

MARKETING ONLINE LLM PROGRAM

The online LLM program is suitable for those who wish to advance their educational background with a graduate degree. By taking the program online, you get the same LLM degree as the on-campus program.
Online LLM students can take up to 30 credits where courses are delivered in a flexible, self-paced, and asynchronous format – you can Learn Anytime Anywhere; Learning from Afar, But Not Alone.

A student who holds (or will hold) a first law degree can be eligible to sit for the California Bar exam or Washington Bar exam after completion of the online LLM program.

Our team will help those who wish to take the online LLM program and sit for the CA or WA Bar exam.
